Dr Cam is a leader, educator, scientist, motivator and a Crusader on a mission. Being an educator & mentor to hundreds of health professionals, a dedicated health practitioner and coach to thousands of individuals over his career, and a committed father and partner, Cam has a wisdom and manner that draws out the best in people, and allows them confidently take a positive step towards their best life. One of the lightbulb moments for him was understanding that individuals are built with unique biology. Not just physical (nutrition and exercise) biology, but the way each individual mentally and emotionally navigates the world is built into their genetics and development as well. Working with ShaeWellness and the principles of how the brain and body are interconnected systems, has allowed him to support individuals to fully understand their natural make up (through measurement of their phenotype), and harness their natural strengths to support their endeavours, both in health and career.

Mary-Leigh Scheerhoorn, has invested over 20 years working with individuals, teams, and organisations to build better workplaces with happier healthier employees. Her qualifications in applied social science and nutritional medicine coupled with an extensive background in human resources, organisational development, workplace health and safety and organisational change management means that she has both the knowledge and the experience to design, develop and deliver programs that are fun, engaging and effective. Mary-Leigh’s strengths lie in her ability to connect. She has a natural ability to understand individuals, what they are experiencing and provide what they need in that moment in order to move forward. In addition, she walks the talk of a health professional. Throughout her life there is a drive and discipline to apply her knowledge to her life and that of her family. Personal experience is invaluable in this process, and Mary-Leigh has this in spades. Mary-Leigh has extensive experience designing and delivering innovative cultural transformation programs. With a particular clinical focus around the prevention and management of stress-related illness, adrenal fatigue, and burnout, Mary-Leigh can also design in-house and public wellbeing programs that deliver great results for individuals, teams and the overall organisation.

Sian Stimson
Sian has spent 20 years in corporate, working in medium sized organisations as well as within global companies. That experience provided her with insights that, along with my qualifications and experience in health coaching, places her in a strong position to understand both the organisational and the individual needs, as well as the challenges and dynamics we may face when implementing programmes. Combining an ability to bring people together with enthusiasm and excitement, working with Sian makes the process of moving into healthy behaviours enjoyable.

FAQs
The short answer is No. ShaeWellness is very different to any “Type” concept. It considers many more variables that affect the way your body functions in real-time. A “Type” concept assumes that your constitution remains the same regardless of your circumstances. But it is now a commonly accepted fact that our environment has a large effect on your gene expression and body function, as does your age, as does your gender, as does your family history, etc. So ShaeWellness and the ph360 engine consider your “Type” as just one of many factors that it calculates in order to provide you with accurate health information based on your current circumstances. There are 4 blood types (according to Dr. D’Adamo’s “Blood Type Diet” science). That means these diets place the whole world population into 4 categories. ShaeWellness and ph360 do not place anyone into any 1 category and personalises everything with thousands of layers of details because we are all unique and not able to be grouped into such simple categories. The principles behind the genotype and blood type diets aren’t wrong, just like Ayurvedic types (kapha, vata, pitta). The genotype and the Ayurvedic type are all puzzle pieces we use in layers to create the unique diet that best fits you. Here’s an example: http://www.dadamo.com/typebase4/depictor5.pl?210 Kale, in this site, is identified as beneficial for everyone. However, if you have a risk of a lower functioning thyroid, kale must be avoided. And if you have a risk of kidney or gall stones, then kale must also be avoided. And if you have diverticulitis and some other inflammatory conditions of the digestive system, that kale must be reduced or juiced.
To access the recipes on Shae™ and ph360, you can access them through your “Food” link at the top of your screen. “Recipes” can be found at the bottom of the Food panel links. The recipes can also be accessed in your Food List! The platform is always expanding their recipes – if you would like to submit a recipe, please email us at [email protected]
Once you register at app.ph360.me/registration you will be taken to your health assessment module. Each measurement will provide detailed instructions, videos, and graphics to guide you. It is recommended you take a weight and height measurement from within the past three weeks. Required:
- Height and weight measurement from within past 3 weeks (important)
- Soft measuring tape
- Mirror
Within the ShaeWellness and ph360 wheel concept, the three somatotypes sit on a spectrum of Ectomorph>>Mesomorph>>Endomorph. A person will sit somewhere along this spectrum and can be classified as a pure Ecto, Ecto-Meso, Pure Meso, Meso-Endo, Pure Endo or Endo-Ecto based upon where they sit on this wheel. Where they sit will be determined by their skeletal measurements in the ph360 assessment.
Your Food list will update each time you update your measurements or questionnaire inside your personal health assessment!
When you log into your ph360 profile, the banner at the top of the page will take you to the Shae information page. You can also search the Apple App Store and Google Play directly.
