What is the 10-Day Health and Immune Challenge all about?
This is all about focusing on YOU! Right now, personalised immunity is one of the hottest topics in the world. Having a stronger immune system is the most important defence we have against viral and bacterial infections. Your physical activity, food, sleep, digestion, mindset, social and work stress all contribute to the strength of your immune system. However, because we are all different, we each need something slightly different in order to have the best effect on each of our immune systems and general health.
What’s interesting as well is that your immune strength is also related to mental health, mood, and diseases like diabetes and heart disease. The 10-Day immune protocol has been shown to enhance factors related to an individuals immune system in just 10 days. Continuation of the behaviours that support your immune system then also support your prevention of other conditions and diseases. It’s not just about that though, you will learn about how we are different in lots of ways. By the end of the 10 days you will notice how differently we think (and why), why some of us need a sleep in, while others don’t, and why some of us will need completely different foods and exercises in order to be in best health.
And it will be fun, enjoyable, productive and challenging, something for everyone! We know the skeptics will say “You can’t say ‘challenge’ and ‘fun’ in the same sentence.” But that’s exactly what we mean. We are on a mission to make healthy living a fun, rewarding, and engaging experience at work and at home.
Why am I participating in this?
You are participating in this 10 Day Health and Immune Challenge because you are being given an opportunity to access the world’s leading epigenetic (genetics + lifestyle) program that delivers individualised health information tailored specifically to YOU.
You are a very fortunate individual. Your organisation has shown their commitment to you and your health by giving you this rare opportunity to introduce what makes you and your body healthy at a genetic level.
They understand this starts with you – getting to know yourself, discovering how unique you are, and what works for you regarding food, stress, sleep, movement, social interactions, teamwork, environment, natural talents and the time of day that is best for all these things!
We just happen to be the experts in this area and are excited to take you on this journey of discovering what is best for YOU.

Each individual will receive an immune protocol that is personalised to their needs. Please see this video for more details on the RESET days and the OPTIMISE days. The number of RESET days can range from 2 to 10 days during the protocol. If you experience any uncomfortable symptoms, this is not uncommon as during this type of process the body experiences a purge of metabolic waste, and it can result in some tiredness in some cases. However, for any symptoms, please check in with your HealthType specific support person on WhatsApp for guidance and suggestions of next best steps. For more information on the RESET and OPTIMISE days, please see this video: https://vimeo.com/405293839/b3d320c03a
The short answer is No. ShaeWellness is very different to any “Type” concept. It considers many more variables that affect the way your body functions in real-time. A “Type” concept assumes that your constitution remains the same regardless of your circumstances. But it is now a commonly accepted fact that our environment has a large effect on your gene expression and body function, as does your age, as does your gender, as does your family history, etc. So ShaeWellness and the ph360 engine consider your “Type” as just one of many factors that it calculates in order to provide you with accurate health information based on your current circumstances. There are 4 blood types (according to Dr. D’Adamo’s “Blood Type Diet” science). That means these diets place the whole world population into 4 categories. ShaeWellness and ph360 do not place anyone into any 1 category and personalises everything with thousands of layers of details because we are all unique and not able to be grouped into such simple categories. The principles behind the genotype and blood type diets aren’t wrong, just like Ayurvedic types (kapha, vata, pitta). The genotype and the Ayurvedic type are all puzzle pieces we use in layers to create the unique diet that best fits you. Here’s an example: http://www.dadamo.com/typebase4/depictor5.pl?210 Kale, in this site, is identified as beneficial for everyone. However, if you have a risk of a lower functioning thyroid, kale must be avoided. And if you have a risk of kidney or gall stones, then kale must also be avoided. And if you have diverticulitis and some other inflammatory conditions of the digestive system, that kale must be reduced or juiced.
You now have access to 25,000+ healthy recipes on Shae™ and ph360! You can access them simply through your “Food” link at the top of your screen. “Recipes” can be found at the bottom of the Food panel links. The recipes can also be accessed in your Food List! The platform is always expanding their recipes – so if you can’t find what you like in there and would like to submit a recipe, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Once you register at app.ph360.me/registration(using the details sent to your inbox) you will be guided step-by-step to register your account and then create your health profile. At each step you will receive detailed instructions, videos, and graphics to guide you. It is recommended you take a weight and height measurement from within the past three weeks. Required:
Height and weight measurement from within past 3 weeks (important)
Each person’s profile analyses over 500 ratios and 10,000 data points to assigned them a place on the ShaeWellness and ph360 circle. These results are calculated during the profile creation phase, and helps to decipher the personalised insights made available. If you are interested to learn more about the evidence-based scientific calculations behind your assessment, you can start here, or if you are ready to dive deeper you can register for one of our many education courses here.
Your Food list will update each time you update your measurements or questionnaire inside your personal health assessment, if the seasons or weather changes significantly, if you travel interstate or overseas, or if you regularly update Shae via the “How are you feeling?” surveys regarding your diet, exercise, stress and sleep patterns.. so please talk to Shae as often as you can!
If you would like to contact ShaeWellness directly regarding any feedback from your ShaeWellness30 experience or for any other related enquiries, please contact your ShaeWellness Liaison Dr Cam McDonald.
